Thai Hostess

Eathai serves traditional Thai food in Bahrain. Our kitchens are run by Thai chefs, our recipes are not adapted, and every venue is fully halal. We are opening at Marassi Galleria and building the front-of-house team from the start.

The job

We are looking for a Thai hostess. You are the first face our guests see and the last one they remember. You welcome them, manage the door and the waiting list, and seat every table so the floor runs smoothly.

What you will do

• Greet every guest warmly and say goodbye to every guest who leaves
• Take and manage reservations by phone, WhatsApp and online
• Run the waiting list and seat guests fairly across each section
• Answer questions about the menu, spice levels and allergens
• Keep the entrance, host stand and menus clean and ready
• Hand over takeaway and delivery orders on time
• Call the manager at once if a guest is unhappy

What we are looking for

• Female, Thai national
• At least 2 years as a host, hostess, receptionist or front-of-house staff in a restaurant or hotel
• Clear, confident spoken English. Arabic is a plus.
• Smart, well-groomed and always on time
• Calm and friendly when the restaurant is full
• Comfortable with a reservation system and a POS

• Work permit and residence visa arranged and paid by Eathai
• Health insurance as required in Bahrain
• 8 hours a day plus up to 2 hours paid overtime, 6 days a week, with one full day off

หน้าที่

• ต้อนรับและส่งแขกทุกคนด้วยรอยยิ้ม
• รับจองโต๊ะทางโทรศัพท์ WhatsApp และออนไลน์
• จัดคิวและพาแขกไปที่โต๊ะ
• ตอบคำถามเรื่องเมนู ความเผ็ด และอาหารที่แพ้

คุณสมบัติ

• เพศหญิง สัญชาติไทย
• มีประสบการณ์งานต้อนรับในร้านอาหารหรือโรงแรม อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• บุคลิกดี แต่งกายสุภาพ ตรงต่อเวลา
