Privacy notice

This notice explains what Eathai Restaurant Co. W.L.L. does with the information you give us through this website. It applies to the catering, franchise and careers forms, and to nothing else.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. Depending on the form that is your name, company name, country, email address, phone number, the message you write, and — for job applications — the CV file you attach.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

Why we hold it

• Catering enquiries go to our catering team so they can quote for your event.
• Franchise enquiries go to the founding team so they can reply to you directly.
• Job applications and CVs go to our HR team so they can consider you for a role.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our business management system, hosted in the European Union, and are reachable only by named Eathai staff who need them for the purpose above. CVs are stored as private files and are not published anywhere.

How long we keep it

Catering and franchise enquiries are kept for as long as the enquiry is active and for up to two years afterwards. CVs are kept for up to twelve months so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@eathaibh.com and we will action it.

Cookies

This site sets the cookies needed to make pages work and to remember your language choice. We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are opened, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and records your approximate location, device and how you arrived here. It does not tell us who you are. There are no advertising or profiling cookies, and we do not share this data with advertisers.

If you prefer not to be counted, most browsers let you block cookies for a single site, and browser extensions such as Google's own opt-out add-on will stop it entirely.
