On Saturday 26 September we are taking over a corner of Time Out Market Bahrain for an evening of cooking, in partnership with the Royal Thai Embassy in Manama.
It is not a demonstration you watch from a chair. Guests cook alongside our Thai chefs and leave with four recipes they will actually use at home:
- Kuay Tiew Lui Suan — Thai rice noodle salad rolls with a spicy seafood sauce
- Som Tum — green papaya salad
- Mango Sticky Rice
- Thai Iced Tea
Every guest takes home the full recipe booklet. There are forty seats and no more — registration closes by itself the moment the last one is taken.
A seat is 15 BD, paid by bank transfer. Invited guests have a code that makes the seat free.
