Eathai serves traditional Thai food in Bahrain. Our kitchens are run by Thai chefs, our recipes are not adapted, and every venue is fully halal. We are opening at Marassi Galleria and building the counter team from the start.

The job

You run the counter. Coffee, cold drinks and desserts, made to recipe, at speed, without letting the quality slip. Your station stays clean, your fridges stay stocked, and orders go out right the first time.

What you will do

• Prepare drinks and desserts to our recipes and presentation standards

• Keep the machine, counter and fridges clean and sanitised

• Check dates daily and remove anything expired

• Set up before service and hand over properly at shift change

• Order what you need through the requisition process

• Tell the manager on duty the moment an item runs out

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years behind a busy counter

• Mocktails made to recipe — shaking, muddling, layering and blending

• Thai iced tea brewed properly, at the right strength and milk ratio

• Fresh juice extraction, and confident with a blender and juicer

• Accurate to the recipe card every time, not by eye

• Espresso and milk texturing are a plus — we will be adding coffee

• Good English. Arabic is a plus.

• Calm under pressure, tidy by habit, and pleasant with guests even at the worst moment of the day
